Anthony and Steve were great!! Very professional and nice to work with. They put in my unit and so far I am happy with it. They took time to talk with me about the controls and really took time to clean up and did not leave a mess.

Was quite pleased with the service call on my A/C. Wesley was the technician, he quickly discovered my trouble, discussed the problem with me, corrected it and told me how to prevent the problem in the future. He was professional and personable.

Highly recommend this company! Service technician, Blayze, came out and could not have been more knowledgeable and had our AC working in less than 30 min. He represented Automatic extremely well and was so kind and friendly! He was so sweet with our two dogs as well.

Today was my time using Automatic and my experience was GREAT !! I first spoke with the owner Sam, he was very polite and helpful. Cameron did a great job when he came out. He was able to fix the issues that I was having and answered any questions that I had with no problem. They have great team, I can tell that there is AMAZING LEADERSHIP in place. It most definitely shows. They are also very affordable. I will most definitely be using their services again. They've won a repeat customer !!! I won't use anyone else in Memphis for HVAC! The office is so helpful when you call and the technicians are great! They are on time, make sure that they understand the real problem with your HVAC, and are very considerate of your home and keeping it clean while they work. I use their service where they check your system before winter and before summer and the peace of mind of knowing that the system is maintain right is just priceless. I recommend them every time I hear of someone having HVAC issues.
