I had an issue with my sewer. I noticed it at 1:30pm and called for service. I was told to expect a technician between 2 and 4. Dustin and Nick showed up at 2:30 shortly after a text that let me know they were on their way. Between Dustin's and Nick's professionalism and my decent knowledge of my house we worked together and they fixed my 100 year old house's drainage issue(They did 99.9% of the work). Price was clear before they started and they were exactly what I needed. Many thanks!
Blayze Matley inspected and cleaned my gas logs. He was able to completely clean the soot off the inner bricks of the fireplace as well as the logs. Looks like new! He is polite and knowledgeable.Also cleaned up well. Tristan came with Blayze to check my heating system. He was also polite and knowledgeable.

Blaze and Tristan were awesome. Prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They went straight to the problem, diagnosed and proposed the simplest best value remedy. Very conservative and effective. They cleaned up excess water where others did not. They prioritize repairing just the failing components over replacing the while system. Great value.

Automatic did an outstanding job replacing my upstairs HVAC unit and furnace. Timely communication, professional install, couldn't recommend them enough. Robbie, Jeffrey, and Chase did an amazing job. Chris was great to work with for the quote and helping to decide which unit is best for my home. Amy was very responsive and guided me through the paperwork/billing process.

Blayze and Tristan were on time and were able to do regular semi-annual maintenance, and were also able to help with an ongoing issue that was never resolved in the past. I was impressed with their quality level of service and obvious excellent skill set. So nice and courteous, and explained all well. I highly recommend this team of HVAC professionals, and will use them for other services, as well.
This was my first time using Automatic, and they were absolutely fantastic! My AC went out a couple of weeks ago, right around the same time my sump pump stopped working. I called first thing in the morning, and within just a few hours they had both HVAC and plumbing technicians at my house…which was such a relief with the Memphis heat.
Blayze and Tristan from the HVAC team arrived first. Within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem, my compressor was completely out. Blayze walked me through everything, showed me the damage, and provided a quote on the spot. He explained they could fix it right away. As a woman, I'm always a little skeptical about being upsold or taken advantage of (I even mentioned that to him!), but Blayze immediately reassured me. He said, "No ma'am, I would never lie to you," and continued to show me even more details about the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency…and most importantly, I trusted him. I usually have a good sense about people, and both Blayze and Tristan struck me as genuine and trustworthy.
On top of that, I have a large German Shepherd who isn't usually thrilled about strangers coming in and out. I warned them, and they were cautious and respectful. To my surprise, my dog actually warmed up to Blayze…he even played fetch with him! That honestly made my day.
While the HVAC team was working, Freddy from the plumbing team arrived. It was a full house, but he jumped right in and headed to the basement to check the sump pump. Within about 15 minutes, he had answers. Like the others, he took the time to show me exactly what was going on rather than just telling me, which I really value.
All in all, these guys were incredible. I felt safe, respected, and never pressured. This kind of service…the kind where you know people truly care about their customers…feels rare these days. Because of this experience, I will definitely continue giving Automatic my business.
