For almost 4 years now, Getwell Road United Methodist Church has trusted Automatic Heating & Air for all our HVAC needs. This includes preventive maintenance, emergency service calls, and new installs. Automatic treats us with the utmost priority, professionalism and integrity, and so we are thankful for this business relationship. Whenever we talk with Sharon and Karen in the office, they are always very helpful and solution-oriented. In addition, the technicians are always thorough and communicate well with us, and their technical knowledge and experience is second to none—they even call ahead when they are enroute to the church. We often get same-day service, and sometimes even within the hour. Their pricing is fair and competitive, and they install reputable, quality equipment. Automatic never leaves us out in the cold. We're very thankful for them!
We had the pleasure to meet with Sam the owner, who provided us with his recommendations for updating our system. Even though I was skeptical of the higher costing system, Sam took the time to explain the reasons and benefits of the system and the estimated savings on the cost of operation. In the end, I am glad we went with Automatic. The crew was attentive and polite, and minimized the interruption of having the entire system down for as short of period of time while the new components were installed. I highly recommend Automatic for your AC needs.
From the first call, the staff was exceptional! They answered my call promptly and took care of just what I needed. The service crew was prompt and very professional. They asked the right questions and completely their tasks in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
