Our experience with Automatic Air Conditioning was nothing less than perfection, starting w/owner Mr. Sam Mullins, who returned my call immediately on a Sunday afternoon, followed by a call on Monday from the very sweet & efficient Shelby(office manager) letting us know that Mr. Bill (assistant manager) was on his way, he gave us an amazing estimate & stayed for a new unit & was there through the whole process, Monday afternoon we got a visit from the very kind, Kenny with two window units to keep us so comfortable until Tuesday, when Cameron & Robert showed up very early & had us up & running within 3hrs(2 of the very kind & efficient technicians, ever), we also had a pre existing condition to be taken care of & Blaze was there to work his magic on that immediately, After each visit from each of these amazing people, who take such pride in their work, we felt like we had made a new friend, just wanted to say THANKS So MUCH????????????
We had the pleasure to meet with Sam the owner, who provided us with his recommendations for updating our system. Even though I was skeptical of the higher costing system, Sam took the time to explain the reasons and benefits of the system and the estimated savings on the cost of operation. In the end, I am glad we went with Automatic. The crew was attentive and polite, and minimized the interruption of having the entire system down for as short of period of time while the new components were installed. I highly recommend Automatic for your AC needs.
From the first call, the staff was exceptional! They answered my call promptly and took care of just what I needed. The service crew was prompt and very professional. They asked the right questions and completely their tasks in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
