On time. Very polite. Very knowledgeable. Went right to the problem and addressed it. We were very pleased with our problem fixed. I would definitely call automatic heating and air. I would give them five stars and give Chase a raise.

On the 2nd morning of a 100 degree heat wave I woke up without AC. I called Automatic Heating & Plumbing and the owner answered the phone at 6 AM! He scheduled a service call and Bill Deering arrived and figured out the problem and had it fixed within minutes! Professional reliable and honest service are what I've come to expect from Automatic. I won't call anyone else! Thanks Sam and Bill!

Chase was awesome and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. He took his time to show me the issues with my unit and the needed repairs. I reached out to them based off the reviews. Very happy with Automatic A/C and plumbing.
We got great service today. Anthony and Steve did a fabulous job. They were on time, friendly, and completed the job of replacing our entire unit in about 7 hours. The office staff were wonderful to deal with and sent us text messages to let us know they were on the way. Very pleased with the service

I had a home I purchased where a previous HVAC contractor did a horrible job in the install and all my duct work in a zoned system was done improperly, causing my house to never properly cool. I went through several contractors to try to identify my problems unsuccessfully for a couple years. Finally, Automatic came in and determined the only way to fix it was to rip out the poorly done original job and do it right the 2nd time. 3 guys in my home for 3 days. They took great care and did the install properly this time. I finally have a home that cools properly!
The repair man was very polite and professional - the job was explained and completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Automatic again.
