***** ****** arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to cleaning servicing my air conditioner. He was patient with my questions and answered them all kindly. He is an excellent representative of the company.
It's so nice being able to trust and count on someone that services HVAC with professional and courteous knowledge. Automatic has many techs all very knowledgeable. James V. Repaired my A/C heat pump after other companies just wanted to replace it. I researched the fix online and it shows that Automatic techs go the extra mile to save you money and repair when other companies would rather replace. When it's time to replace Automatic will be the first and ONLY company I will trust. That was my experience and I hope everyone has a similar experience.
Cameron and Daniel arrived on time and quickly checked my system post installation for adequate freon charge. They were both professional and courteous.
I called Automatic Heating and Air late this morning, Blayyze Matley arrived about 1:00 PM to repair/change the way the heat came into the bedroom. He was extremely personable, went right to work and changed the way the blower comes on. Our 2-stage heater requires less fuel/propane initially, now, it jumps right into blowing heat when needed for my wife's shower. Thank you Automatic and Blayze.

We had a great experience with Automatic. Our air conditioning was not working and needed to replace some equipment. They quickly found what we needed and had us on the schedule for the install. Hunter and Tristan Hunter showed up on time. They practiced an efficient and purposed work ethic without any rush. They answered every question and they demonstrated their easy manner and relational skills. They thoroughly cleaned the unit and checked the coolant to make sure that we had enough. I couldn't get the pilot light on my boiler to stay on. There aren't a lot of places that deal with boilers so I was thankful when another provider recommended Automatic. James and Wes showed up on the dot and had me fixed in less than 30 mins. It was only a $72 part! Thank you James and Wes!
