I had a maintenance appointment scheduled for May 19, 2025, which was to be performed by Daniel. Unfortunately, my air conditioning stopped working before the scheduled maintenance. When Daniel arrived, I apologized for the heat and explained the situation. I showed him the message on my Nest thermostat indicating a wiring problem.
Daniel then went into the attic to investigate the issue, and afterward, he checked the unit in my backyard. After testing it, he determined that I needed a new part. Remarkably, he had the part in his truck, and within an hour, my air conditioner was working again!
I had the best experience with Daniel and hope that he will continue to be my technician. He is honest and knowledgeable, and I truly appreciate his service. I hope he always remains with your company.
