Great service and Great company. Techs were respectful of my property and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and have personally used them to install a new heat and cool system water heater and plumbing work on a bathroom remodel.
Big thank you to Dustin and Nick for their hard work, expertise and professionalism today. They arrived on time, explained the repairs needed and kept me updated throughout the process. Hunter and Blayze came to our house today to check out some puzzling heating and electrical issues we've been experiencing. Not only were they able to figure out the problem, they fixed everything (plus some things we missed) in no time. This is probably the 10th time we've called Automatic for help. We love working with them because they're professional yet friendly, smart yet conversational, efficient yet effective. We hold all service providers to the high bar they set.
Kris and Dustin came out and they got the job done. Me and my autistic son had been without plumbing for about 20 days due to negligence of my leasing company. But that all changed when Automatic sent out Kris and Dustin. They came out and reassured me that they would have everything clear and running before they left and they did just that. I am highly grateful for the both of them and the customer service and communication was outstanding. They both had positive attitudes and they came here to get the job done and they did just that. THANK YOU SO MUCH KRIS AND DUSTIN YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME??I would definitely recommend you all to any of my friends and family.
