Automatic customer for over 15 years. Great service! Keeps airconditioning, heating, plumbing in good working order. Including tankless water heater and most recent installation of whole home generator! Nice to see familiar faces of technicians over several years! Highly recommend as Automatic was recommended to me over 15 years ago!
I usually go with Conway for any HVAC issue I have, but Automatic absolutely gave them a run for their money. From beginning to end, everything was amazing! Communication was consistently great and they will answer any question you ask. I really can't believe how amazing they were. Also, I never felt pressured to hire them. They were completely transparent and offered a complete picture of everything from purchasing to installation. I would definitely recommend. Chris, who came out to give me the quote, was fantastic. The young ladies who are in the office were very kind. The crew that came out to install was awesome. Ten out of 10, across the board!

I ran into an issue with my air conditioner (installed two years ago) last week that was causing some major frustrations and Automatic stepped up in a HUGE way! And the issue wasn't even their fault! I am beyond impressed! Everyone at Automatic who's had their hands on this issue has been spectacular and incredibly accommodating! I love working with this company! The quality is seen from top to bottom! The customer service, the products, professionalism, the knowledge, just everything! Absolutely incredible! 1,000,000/10 would recommend. I'm not sure, but they may have gotten a lifetime customer! Fantastic, amazing, wonderful!

Automatic goes above and beyond for the customer! Whether it's a regular check-up or a weekend work order call. They are there when you need them to be there. They let you know up front when to expect a technician and always deliver. Expect to see photos of what the issue is and the different options you have to address the problem. Whether you are speaking with the owner Sam Mullins or anyone at the office you can expect excellent customer service. Aimee, Kim, Shelby, and Sharon always have a great attitude and are ready to assist with whatever Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical need one may have. I have had the opportunity to work with Cameron, Kris, Blayze, Dustin, or Chirs as the service and sales team and one can expect these individuals to have integrity and knowledge up front about what they are seeing and the best way to address it. I highly recommend this company they have been a great partner to have and keep the Memphis area Enterprise Rent-A-Car facilities up and running. Thank you Automatic for your support!
Awesome service and great people. We have a service contract with them, which is reasonably priced. When our system broke down they were out the same day and got the unit up and running again that day! I am so pleased with them.
As an owner for +40 years of multiple industrial buildings, Automatic recently worked their TLC. Just excellent and efficient work. I'll be using them again

Technician Daniel Bautista did an excellent job servicing my air conditioning system this June. He gave the outdoor unit probably the most thorough cleaning it's ever had and then cleaned and inspected the indoor part of the unit just as thoroughly. On top of the great service, Daniel was friendly, polite, and professional. Thank you Daniel! I hope to see you again when it's time to service the furnace this fall.
guys are great! We were referred to Automatic by a friend. I'm so glad we called them. Robbie, Jeffrey, Chase, and Mike really took care of us. They removed our aged dead unit, inside and out. Robbie explained all the aspects of our new AC and Chase was so patient as he helped me program our new thermostat. They will always be our HVAC go to. I'd like to add they were all very nice young men. Thanks guys!!!
