Excellent service!
I was given an appointment between 2:00 and 4:00pm. At 1:57 I received notification that Blayze was on his way. He quickly fixed the issue with my gas fireplace that another company had been out twice to fix and couldn't. He recommended Automatic's HVAC maintenance plan, which I chose to purchase. Blayze did my first maintenance check while he was already here. He found an issue within the system and sent someone else to pick up the part he needed while he continued the maintenance on my system and then he completed the repair before he left.
Blayze is extremely personable as well as knowledgeable. I feel confident that I've made a good choice in purchasing the maintenance plan from Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing.

Dustin was very nice and professional and explained all the steps to add a new sump pump for my front yard drainage. I decide to have Automatic replace my old sump pump.
I needed a new HVAC unit for my house. I got an estimate last week, and within a few days, they were at my house to install it. They were very professional and had a great price too. Their installers, Chad and Jeffrey did a great job. I would highly recommended them.
Cameron came out to check the new AC system they installed in November. It was a courtesy check. Everyone I have talked to at Automatic has been amazing. They are the only HVAC company I use. I highly recommend them.
