these guys were GREAT! Had crazy quotes from another place..said bathrooms had to be gutted to get to the shower pipes..these guys came out to a really bad living situation and got my friends life back in a day and a half, not months, like some others said. Nice nice guys, office people are great...very thanful
Called up Sam at Automatic as we had a noise coming from our furnace, they scheduled a technician (Blayze) who came out about an hour later, diagnosed and fixed the issue, provided expert overview of potential other issues and recommendations. Will definitely use Automatic again and recommend them for your HVAC servicing.

This is a great company!! I will recommend them to anyone!! I had an appointment between 10-12 Chris came at exactly 10:00 am.The sales representative Chris was knowledgeable about the old system we had in our home. He looked at everything told us how old it was, and recommend we invest in a new air & heating system. He was upfront with us about everything they would do. My husband and I felt they went beyond our expectations! Robin and Jeffrey the rest of the crew came out the following Monday on TIME!! and start taking everything out fixing the rotten wood in the closet. Changed the duct system cleaned after themselves. It was like they where never there. On Tuesday our air was running!! My husband spoke with the owner Mr. Sam said he was the nicest, and kindest man ever. The ladies at the front desk were helpful anytime we called the company. This is the best company we have had the pleasure of working with! They also recommend the person that did our cage around it.

My husband and I moved into our dream home with a cave dedicated for relaxation/recreation. However, in the summer it was too hot and in the winter it was too cold. We had at least 3 different HVAC companies come to our home to "fix" our airflow issues. We even replaced one of our units and still remained uncomfortable.
Finally, I met Sam Mullins and just happened to mention our AC troubles. He gave me his expert opinion of what he thought was going on and I loved the confidence he had when he was talking about solutions. So I booked an appointment with his company.
Sam and his team came to our home in triple digit heat index weather to give my family some relief. They properly repaired some of the ductwork that was leaking air into the attic, fixed the returns so the air would cycle through properly and they even found a way to push more air to a room that was impossible to get to a comfortable temperature. Before starting the repairs, the air temperature through the vent was close to 70. By the time they finished, it was 56 degrees. I literally wanted to cry because we finally found a company that did the work right, the were efficient, and even followed up weeks later to make sure things were working properly!
This company gets a five star review, but they deserve a much higher rating! We will use them for all of our HVAC, plumbing and whatever residential services they offer. Eric, Vinny, Randy, and Sam are true experts and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, professional, competent company.
