I own rental property in Bartlett area, in past have used several different Plumbing companies. Recently I used Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing. I was very pleased with everyone in the company, from office scheduling, and tech that completed the work. Automatic is a family owned and operated company, that delivered QUALITY SERVICE. Automatic came out and showed out these guys are the best. They care about the customer, needed hot water heater and heating work and they knocked them both out the park. Great team of guys from the owner on down. They really are Automatic

Words cannot express how thankful i am to Automatic Air. These guys are amazing. My unit was in bad shape and i needed a new one. They arrived at my home around 8:30am and worked all morning into the afternoon. They took out my old unit and not only that, they made sure everything was clean when they finished. You couldnt ask for friendlier people. Eric took the time to show me and explain to me everything i needed to know about my new unit. I want to say a very special "thank you" to Eric and Vihn for working so hard. And i appreciate you guys very much! Also i want to say a very special "thank you" to Sam. Keep doing what you do. Automatic installed a new A/C unit and redirected some duct work and their service and expertise was exceptional. The guys who did the installation were professional, polite, and very well trained in what they do. Sam Mullins is one of the owners and a honest and friendly guy, a man of integrity. Pricing was fair and what they said it would be, no surprises. This company and its employees are second to none in this industry and I would highly recommend their services.
