Automatic installed a new A/C unit and redirected some duct work and their service and expertise was exceptional. The guys who did the installation were professional, polite, and very well trained in what they do. Sam Mullins is one of the owners and a honest and friendly guy, a man of integrity. Pricing was fair and what they said it would be, no surprises. This company and its employees are second to none in this industry and I would highly recommend their services.

They are AWESOME! They were at my house within the hour and did a great job quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price!
Bill from AAC came out and, after some investigating to find out why there was no power to it, he discovered the breaker was turned off for the heating unit, which is necessary for the AC to run. "Power Doctors" had come out the day before with two guys who looked at that breaker unit multiple times. I noted then that the heater switch was off, but they never tried to flip it. Instead they left to buy a new contactor for the unit, but the unit still didn't work, of course, after that, since it was turned off. Bill stayed to make sure both units inside had clean filters and took time to explain the inner parts of the condenser outside, and how he could tell it had problems prior to this. He's the one who got our AC operating but charged less than Power Doctors, who didn't think to turn it on.
Last summer had some reoccurring AC issues, which I had issues getting resolved with another reputable company. I called to set up an appointment, and next day showed up to do full analysis on the issues AC unit. They took time out to have a conversation with me and walked me through entirely what was wrong with the unit. Automatic fixed the issue faster than any timing expectations I had. I had AC running before no time. The service men were extremely polite as well. Very trustworthy company and does great work. Definitely recommend to anyone in North Mississippi and Memphis area.
