Not only were they able to figure out the problem, they fixed everything (plus some things we missed) in no time. This is probably the 10th time we've called Automatic for help. Kris and Dustin came out and they got the job done. Me and my autistic son had been without plumbing for about 20 days due to negligence of my leasing company. But that all changed when Automatic sent out Kris and Dustin. They came out and reassured me that they would have everything clear and running before they left and they did just that. I am highly grateful for the both of them and the customer service and communication was outstanding. They both had positive attitudes and they came here to get the job done and they did just that.
