Automatic Air is so professional! They do a fabulous job at customer service, always being timely, sending reminders, and being very knowledgeable at HVAC service. I've been very pleased with both the installation process and now with ***** completing the yearly maintenance of my HVAC units. They were also able to complete the yearly service on my tankless hot water tank today too!

We truly enjoyed Cameron. He was professional and really nice. He was able to work efficiently and educate me on what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He even went above and beyond what I expected when he replaced the light bulb in the attic and our air filter. Excellent service!

Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing is a fantastic company! It is my second (2nd) time utilizing their service. There was water linking from around my guest bathroom commode. Therefore, I called Automatic. The lady that answered the phone was delightful. She told me that she could send someone out the next day. She gave me the time and name of the person. The company communicated with me through email and text until the plumber arrived. I loved the communication because I knew when the plumber was on his way, etc. Well, Jared (the plumber) came out to fix the commode. He was on time (actually slightly ahead of time). Jared was very polite and professional. As soon as he walked into the bathroom, he told me what was wrong with the commode and what it would cost to fix it. I agreed to the price, and he resolved the commode issue effortlessly. Actually he fixed it better than the original installment. Thank you, Jared and Automatic - Great Service!

I found this company on ****** and gave them a call to see about getting a gas fireplace insert repaired for my elderly parents because they are without power and refuse to leave their home. From Sam who took my call to the tech, Bill, that came out, it was a great experience. They were able to get their quickly and repair it very affordably. At least I know they have heat while they await for power to be restored. It is such a relief and I am just so thankful for their understanding, fantastic customer service, and I can't say enough good things! I should have gotten this done the second I realized my parents weren't. Putting these guys in my contacts now so I remember them for any future needs!

Stellar service. Very professional. This was one of the SMOOTHEST transactions I've had in the 19 yrs I've been a homeowner. No BS. I needed a new HVAC system/thermostat & furnace (previous one was a 1986 model), trust me, it was way past due.
