Arrived on-time and quickly repaired leak on kitchen sink faucet.
Called them to come out and unclog the drain pipe leading out from my washing machine. The tech was there next day and on time. He was finished in about 90 minutes. He made sure that the clog was clear before leaving. He also talked to me about potential hazards that would lead to clogging and gave me tips to prevent it. If I have a problem with my drains, I'm calling them again.
Chase W. and the rest of the Automatic crew did an excellent job of installing our new HVAC system. We have an over 90 year old home that required complete installation from scratch. It was not an easy job, but the team went out of their way to make sure everything was done professionally, properly and with minimal mess. The guys were the most customer-focused team we have ever dealt with. Chase went out of his way to answer our questions and explain the process. Professional, expedited, courteous !!! They RESCUED us !! Emergent situations never occur at a time that is convenient, but Kris and Chris are a SuperHero duo in Memphis.
