I initially called Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing to come out to help disconnect valves under my vanity. While they were here, I mentioned that there was a leak in my shower that was causing my entire master tile to need to be redone. The technician, Jared, asked if he could check the hot water heater, which was in the attic above the shower. When he checked it, he found that it was bulging and about it split open, as well as leaking. We were on the verge of a major disaster! He and his partner, Chris, came out the very next day to install a new hot water heater for us. They were so professional and kind. They left the house very clean as well. I appreciated that they were also budget friendly when I was shocked at the initial issue at hand. I will definitely use Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing again!
I rarely write reviews.. like for most, a good job at a fair price is expected. Rarely if ever does that happen in the plumbing world in Collierville from my 15 years experience. Recently my drains were all clogged "again". I called the most popular service, they came out did their thing, charged me. An hour later The drains were overflowing again. I read the positive reviews about Automatic and gave the a shot. It was the best Plumbing experience is my life.
The "Kris crew" led by Kris Ashby knew what they were doing. They assessed the problem
With cameras and had to get on the roof and snake the pipes. It took 3 guys a few hours but it was done right and at an extremely fair price.
I have 3 teen girls. Backed up sewer lines is worse then the apocalypse. But Kris and crew saved the day... big time.

This is now my go to service for plumbing. I have had a hot water heater replaced, malfunctioning toilet, damaged icemaker line, and now major work on broken underground lines. Service is on time, thorough, and responsive to my needs.
Chris Lewellan is the best! It wasn't the quote, but the details that made it stand out from the other 4. Frank, Cam, Eric, Anthony, CHase, Robbi, and Vihn did a fantastic job! Every aspect of this job was handled above my expectations. I highly recommend Automatic Air.
